In March 2017, wildfires swept through Texas, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Colorado, leaving a path of tragedy and devastation in their wake. The fires claimed seven human lives, burned more than 1 million acres, and killed an untold number of cattle. In the face of adversity, however, the ranching community came together in incredible and inspiring ways. I was hired as Cinematographer to chase this story with American Cowboy Magazine editor and producer Bob Welch.
